Position Title: Account Leader (AL)

Reporting To: Regional Manager (RM)

Location: Expected to reside within the region

Position Summary:

The Account Leader (AL) plays a pivotal role within the Go-to-Market Team, focusing on the management and expansion of current business relationships while ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction. This position also involves supporting enterprise sales initiatives as directed by the Regional Manager.

The Account Leader will oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of water management programs for designated accounts in the region, collaborating closely with a Water Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Revenue Enhancement: Drive expansion and cross-selling efforts within current client accounts
  • Profitability Maintenance: Work in partnership with the RM to uphold or surpass company margin goals
  • New Business Development: Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities
  • Product Expertise: Remain knowledgeable about product offerings and utilize insights during client interactions
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Employ analytical tools to monitor and uncover growth prospects
  • Water Management Program Implementation: Design and execute water management initiatives for clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific field
  • Experience with sales methodologies and product understanding
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of service delivery frameworks
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
