Job Summary

Crisis Connections is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Crisis Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring professional and paraprofessional staff. Your expertise in program management, quality assurance monitoring, and reporting will be essential in driving the success of our crisis phone room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on call handling skills and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Assist staff in adhering to standards and volunteer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure 24/7 phone coverage and provide backup support as needed.
  • Track and respond to community complaints to engage the team in further development.
  • Monitor monthly call and web data, as well as staff and volunteer work performance reports.
  • Network with behavioral health providers statewide.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, or a related field.
  • Mental Health Professional certification as defined by WAC.
  • Independent or associate licensure in counseling or social work preferred.
  • Two years' experience working with individuals in crisis preferred.
  • Telephone assessment or help line experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms and technology systems.
  • Experience providing training both in person and virtually preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $43-$45, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, non-exempt position with a swing shift schedule.
  • Onsite location in Seattle, WA.
  • Union representation not required.
