Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amazon Inc. This position is focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth for our key Retail partners.

This role requires candidates to hold a Bachelor's Degree and is open to individuals with a strong background in customer relationship management. Job openings in this sector are currently available.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in business relationship management or related fields such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and a quick adaptability to new software and processes.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to perform data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and targeted messages.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with our most strategic Retail vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Amazon platform.

Vendor Support and Business Development:
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance business metrics that contribute to growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Managing support requests for vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
  • Exhibiting strong time-management skills while utilizing centralized resources and adhering to company policies.

Vendor Relationship Management:
In this capacity, you will:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted advisor for their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate vendors on best practices for success on the Amazon platform, leveraging available tools and growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following qualifications will be favored:

  • 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Fashion or Fitness sectors.
  • Strong background in relationship management and negotiation.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle Business Intelligence.
