Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to customers, utilizing your expertise in large-scale cloud transformations to facilitate their AWS adoption.
- Ensure seamless collaboration among AWS teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
- Lead the operational, educational, and governance aspects of the cloud migration process.
- Engage with both customer and AWS leadership to foster collaboration across core account groups, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, focusing on key customer milestones.
- Oversee the execution of education plans, align business outcomes with roadmaps, and manage critical go-live events.
- Innovate and take ownership of customer challenges, leveraging AWS resources to deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven track record of delivering customer benefits.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging with executives and technologists to address business challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, math, or business.
- 2+ years of experience leading diverse project teams across various functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience in implementing cloud services, including migration and modernization projects.
