This role demands strong technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of senior housing operations to effectively address client needs and surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of Yardi software solutions for senior housing clients, ensuring they meet specific business goals and requirements.
  • Tailor and enhance Yardi software functionalities to tackle unique challenges and improve operational efficiencies in senior housing environments.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for Yardi software implementations, including troubleshooting technical issues, resolving system errors, and enhancing system performance.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create implementation plans that adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for client personnel to ensure effective use of Yardi software solutions and maximize user engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new features within the Yardi software ecosystem to enhance service offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Yardi software capabilities, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams regarding system optimizations and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Yardi software solutions, particularly in the senior housing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end implementation projects for Yardi software, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of senior housing operations and regulatory standards, with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions within the Yardi platform.
  • Strong technical expertise in Yardi Voyager, Yardi EHR, Yardi Senior Living Suite, and other pertinent Yardi modules.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic consulting environment.
