Experienced Customer Success Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amazon Inc. This role is pivotal in enhancing the experience of our strategic Retail vendors and driving their business growth.
Location: Seattle, WA, United StatesQualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in business relationship management or relevant fields such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting. Experience in negotiating and nurturing business relationships is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize productivity tools effectively, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft OneNote, while demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Exhibit expertise in Excel, particularly in utilizing complex formulas and pivot tables for data manipulation and interpretation.
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decisions in dynamic environments.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our most strategic Retail vendors, working to enhance their experience on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and ensuring high levels of Vendor satisfaction.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Vendors, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for their inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve Vendor issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to Vendors on Amazon tools and policies, helping them to identify growth opportunities within our ecosystem.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years in the E-commerce or retail industry.
- Experience in the Fashion or Fitness sectors is a plus.
- Proven skills in relationship management and negotiation.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle Business Intelligence.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US markets, with base pay ranging from $72,000 to $154,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation may include equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
