Job Title: Client Service Director

Kennedy Jenks Consultants is seeking a seasoned Client Service Director to lead our thriving Public and Private sector water and wastewater practice throughout the US. As a key member of our dynamic engineering practice, you will be responsible for growing our business through strong client relationships, team building, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our service offerings and client base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities for growth.
  3. Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional client service and project results.
  4. Manage key and strategic projects from planning to construction, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  5. Collaborate with internal leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and staff development.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, industry trends, and client needs.
  7. Travel to client and project sites to provide exceptional client service and support.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, with a strong understanding of local market trends and client needs.
  2. Proven track record of business growth, team leadership, and client relationship management.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on innovative solutions and sustainable practices.
  4. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  5. BS or MS in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or similar engineering field, with a PE license or ability to obtain immediately.
  6. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $120,000 to $235,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
