Job Title: Director, Client Services, Advertiser

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Client Services, Advertiser to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business across key strategic clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute client engagement plans, and driving growth with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of business across key strategic clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute client engagement plans.
  • Develop and execute client multi-year engagements and growth plans, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute client-facing solutions, including data, technology, and business process integrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, industry groups, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in media or a related industry, with a strong background in programmatic buying and client management.
  • Proven track-record in designing and executing client multi-year engagements and growth plans, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to think creatively about how disparate systems, platforms, and data streams can be integrated to serve client objectives.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
