About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Client Services to lead our cross-functional team in delivering innovative work for a prominent creative technology giant. As a trusted advisor, you'll own the relationship, success, and growth for this exciting new client, driving revenue and profitability while inspiring clients to achieve their goals.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of social media advertising for a forward-thinking tech brand with revolutionary software solutions. You'll collaborate with senior clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in multi-social channel marketing and innovation to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a $5-10M+ book of business, with deep knowledge and expertise in multi-social channel marketing and innovation.
  • Develop and execute global execution and deliverables.
  • Build deep thought partnerships with clients, from coordinator to CMO, based on trust and care.
  • Identify and unlock opportunities for profitable growth in revenue and relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with strong and thoughtful leadership, creating an ownership and accountability culture.
  • Proactively travel to meet with clients in person.
  • Make sound business decisions and manage competing priorities.
  • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts and projections.
  • Manage pipeline, revenue, contracts, invoicing, profitability, and customer satisfaction to meet or exceed established goals.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in an account services/marketing role, with at least 10 years in a management role.
  • Deep social media expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies, plans, and programs in social media and brand marketing.
  • Experience and examples in building, managing, and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Measurable client growth and retention track record.
  • Highly developed skill in communication, polish, and presence.
  • Skilled partner to top-level client executives.
  • Facility setting and holding boundaries and leading difficult conversations.
  • Very high levels of flexibility and creativity for solving problems.
  • Proven new business or revenue generation experience (both outbound and inbound).
  • Intense desire to excel in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Kind, loving, and joyful.
Base Salary Range

Our estimated range for this role is $150,000-200,000.

Don't let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise.
