Senior Director, Client Services

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Client Services to lead our cross-functional team in delivering innovative work for a prominent creative technology giant. As a trusted advisor, you'll own the relationship, success, and growth for this exciting new client, driving revenue and profitability while inspiring clients to achieve their goals.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of social media advertising for a forward-thinking tech brand with revolutionary software solutions. You'll collaborate with senior clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in multi-social channel marketing and innovation to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a $5-10M+ book of business, with deep knowledge and expertise in multi-social channel marketing and innovation.
- Develop and execute global execution and deliverables.
- Build deep thought partnerships with clients, from coordinator to CMO, based on trust and care.
- Identify and unlock opportunities for profitable growth in revenue and relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams with strong and thoughtful leadership, creating an ownership and accountability culture.
- Proactively travel to meet with clients in person.
- Make sound business decisions and manage competing priorities.
- Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts and projections.
- Manage pipeline, revenue, contracts, invoicing, profitability, and customer satisfaction to meet or exceed established goals.
- 15+ years of experience in an account services/marketing role, with at least 10 years in a management role.
- Deep social media expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies, plans, and programs in social media and brand marketing.
- Experience and examples in building, managing, and motivating a high-performing team.
- Measurable client growth and retention track record.
- Highly developed skill in communication, polish, and presence.
- Skilled partner to top-level client executives.
- Facility setting and holding boundaries and leading difficult conversations.
- Very high levels of flexibility and creativity for solving problems.
- Proven new business or revenue generation experience (both outbound and inbound).
- Intense desire to excel in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Kind, loving, and joyful.
Our estimated range for this role is $150,000-200,000.
