Division Director of Client and Clinical Services San Francisco

Larkin Street Youth Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Division Director of Client and Clinical Services to oversee the implementation of our client care standards and strategic plan initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, while also driving innovation and excellence in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client care standards and best practices across the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plan initiatives, including mental health, harm reduction, and case management practice.
- Collaborate with the Program Director team to oversee program evaluation, development, and implementation, ensuring effective coordinated service delivery and grant compliance.
- Develop and sustain partnerships, including participation in the Transitional Age Youth System of Care (TAY SOC).
- Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and interns.
- Manage the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) SAMSHA grant and facilitate MHFA training.
- Develop and monitor performance standards in collaboration with the Division Director team to inform continuous quality improvement.
- Participate in agency-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
- Ensure youth involvement in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Oversee and participate in the On Call Consultant schedule.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license.
- Experience working with Transitional Aged Youth (TAY), aged 18 to 25, of diverse backgrounds.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 2 days per week working from home.
- Availability for on-call consultant rotation every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Willingness to work holidays occasionally.
- Ability to travel independently throughout the Bay Area.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
