Job Description

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Manager to join our US Eye Care, OTC team. As a key member of our marketing analytics team, you will be responsible for creating and developing analytical solutions to drive business growth and inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain analytical models to track and analyze performance across our consumer products portfolio.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and finance counterparts to develop and communicate demand forecasts and financial planning processes.
  • Derive findings and implications from multiple data platforms to strengthen commercial understanding of brand performance and growth opportunities.
  • Develop fact-based marketing and sales investment strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including finance, marketing analytics, and commercial teams, to drive business growth and inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional analytical experience, with a strong background in pharmaceuticals or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present results to customers, sales teams, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights.
