Job Overview

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency and strategy in our marketing team. This role will oversee project management, budget oversight, marketing analytics, and management of marketing technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Five9 platforms, ensuring seamless interactions between them.
  • Conduct monthly marketing operating reviews, presenting progress against KPIs, campaigns, and project status to the marketing team.
  • Oversee website functionality and improvements, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators, analyzing data to optimize performance.
  • Maintain Salesforce database quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support email nurture campaigns and build distribution lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Investigate new marketing technologies to enhance our marketing capabilities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring timely tracking and alerting the team to any over/underspending.
  • Develop a monthly dashboard of metrics/KPI tracking, providing insights into trends and post-mortem analysis.
  • Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance.
  • Run weekly marketing meetings using Basecamp as a reference point, promoting accountability and project updates.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report channel and program performance, their impact on marketing and sales funnel conversion rates, sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length.
  • Develop SOPs for major marketing processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Organize and maintain clear file structures for the marketing organization.
  • Evaluate and manage marketing vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain knowledge of how all marketing and technology systems work together, ensuring a smooth flow of data and required metrics.
  • Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities.
  • Manage the websites for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience.
  • Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce, and Five9.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-centric with strong organizational skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation, budgeting, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data with accuracy.
