Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, Evidence Marketing will lead Johnson & Johnson MedTech's electrophysiology activities surrounding the marketing strategy and execution of key clinical evidence.

This role will work closely across functions to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating the portfolio's scientific evidence.

The successful candidate will provide direction for the execution and improvement of digital channels to amplify these campaigns.

This position requires a balance of strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to develop strategies that raise awareness of scientific evidence and positions the business as a leader in the electrophysiology space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across functions and regions to build alignment by developing messages, claims, resources, and assets that communicate the clinical evidence across multiple channels and with all partners.
  • Provide strategic point of view, franchise/specialty thought leadership, and shared findings across Johnson & Johnson.
  • Establish a strong relationship with agency partners and creative designers to ensure high-level creative and technical support aligned to evidence strategy and enterprise brand.
  • Manage budget and work compliantly and within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals.
  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of related business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Clinical Sciences, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment, with consistent track record to learn sophisticated technology and clinical applications is required.
  • Project management experience is required.
Preferred:
  • Experience in strategic or commercial marketing, clinical science, healthcare economics, or education function is strongly preferred.
  • Worldwide or international experience preferred.
Benefits:
  • Up to 20% travel including weekends (domestic and international).
  • Anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
  • Eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
  • Participation in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • Participation in the Company's long-term incentive program.
