Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while providing timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
  • Generate leads, organize appointments, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing tailored products and services based on client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
