Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in person by identifying their unique needs and presenting relevant products and services that enhance their experience
  • Ensure sales transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and tailored to the client's specific requirements
  • Provide clients with pricing options, sales promotions, and other relevant information to support their purchasing decisions
  • Upsell new products or services when appropriate to meet client needs
  • Participate in training sessions and virtual conference calls to stay up-to-date on client sales, promotions, and product updates
  • Communicate solutions to clients in a empathetic, professional, and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with fellow customer service and sales team members to exceed client acquisition and sales targets

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and/or Sales Associate
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Reliable transportation
