Client Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in person by identifying their unique needs and presenting relevant products and services that enhance their experience
- Ensure sales transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and tailored to the client's specific requirements
- Provide clients with pricing options, sales promotions, and other relevant information to support their purchasing decisions
- Upsell new products or services when appropriate to meet client needs
- Participate in training sessions and virtual conference calls to stay up-to-date on client sales, promotions, and product updates
- Communicate solutions to clients in a empathetic, professional, and courteous manner
- Collaborate with fellow customer service and sales team members to exceed client acquisition and sales targets
Requirements:
- A strong willingness to learn and develop your customer service career
- A natural problem-solving ability with the capacity to manage client complaints effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to enhance these abilities
- A positive and helpful attitude towards clients, sales executives, and colleagues
- An empathetic, patient, and caring demeanor towards clients, colleagues, and clients
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and/or Sales Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation
