Job Title: Full Time Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Peak Performance Group. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing marketing data to inform future marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into a marketing role to gain valuable experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Analyze marketing data to inform future marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, infographics, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
