Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth within your territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust demand generation campaigns
  • Present the YOOBIC solution to key decision-makers and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor and report on deal progress, ensuring timely closure
  • Participate in industry events and thought leadership initiatives to enhance YOOBIC's reputation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions and managing full sales cycles in a startup environment
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and consistently delivering results
  • The ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite executives
  • A strong understanding of new concepts and the ability to clearly articulate them
  • Familiarity with pipe generation cultures and accountability frameworks
  • Experience with structured sales processes like MEDICC and/or CoM
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of curiosity, coachability, commitment, creativity, and courage
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop as a sales professional
  • Able to mentor junior team members
  • Previous experience in selling to enterprise retail/hospitality clients a significant advantage
