Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in sales/marketing roles with a cosmetics brand, preferably with color experience. You should also possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and understanding of open sell environments, as well as proficiency with forecasting, inventory management, sales analysis, budget management, merchandising, digital marketing, and marketing activation.
