The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in strategic presentation build out, 360 project management, and financials/budgeting. With 5-7 years of experience in the beauty and fragrances industry, preferably in a vertical retail, D2C, or luxury fashion environment, you will be well-equipped to lead the development of new retail concepts and drive sales in open boutiques.

As a Manager of Retail Business Development, you will serve as an integral member of the direct retail team, overseeing project timelines and deliverables by store, tracking spend vs. total budget, and ensuring all stakeholders are on task, on time, and on budget. Your entrepreneurial mindset, ability to wear multiple hats, and hands-on approach will enable you to execute activities in support of the build out of new retail concepts and create the ultimate client experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000-$135,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
