We are looking for a talented **Charcuterie Brand Ambassador** to represent Village Gourmet's premium brand in the Northeast market. As a Regional Retail Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our retail presence through strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Market Developer: Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
  • Sales Strategist: Identify and secure new retail business, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
  • Product Advocate: Launch new products, provide training on optimal placement, and enhance product visibility.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferably).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management (specialty food experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and PowerBi.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-starter skills driven by results.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive annual base salary: $85,000 - $100,000, plus an annual bonus program and commission plan. You will also receive mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle.
