This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with key accounts and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry and be able to analyze sales data to identify business opportunities.

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute retailer business development strategies
  • Manage retailer relationships and negotiate partnerships
  • Analyze sales data and identify business opportunities
  • Develop and manage customer partnerships through strong relationship building and communication
  • Oversee execution of retailer assets, promotions, and merchandising
  • Represent retailer needs with internal cross-functional partners


**Requirements:**
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/marketing role with a cosmetics brand
  • Deep understanding of the beauty industry
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with forecasting, inventory management, sales analysis, budget management, merchandising, digital marketing, and marketing activation
