Position Overview
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing reverse logistics processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, aligning with T-Mobile's strategic objectives. This position involves tackling operational challenges through effective containment, root cause analysis, and implementing countermeasures for resolution. Additionally, the analyst will champion continuous improvement initiatives across departments to reduce the likelihood of recurring issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by analyzing order lifecycles, managing exceptions, overseeing programs, and driving ongoing process improvements while collaborating with internal and external teams based on data insights.
  • Work closely with vendor managers to provide constructive feedback and ensure accountability to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics policies, procedures, and operational standards, ensuring a balance between cost, service, and risk management.
  • Facilitate improved coordination and communication within the logistics department and across other company departments.
  • Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field (Required).

Experience Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics, and/or vendor management, demonstrating proven leadership skills in these areas (Required).

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in SQL with experience in relational databases and querying language, capable of extracting large datasets to identify trends (Required).
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (Required).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve issues effectively (Required).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines while communicating effectively across various management levels (Required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, reverse logistics, and relevant regulations, practices, and procedures (Preferred).
  • Experience in the wireless industry (Preferred).

Additional Information:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $58,800 - $106,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range is based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
