Position Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming reverse logistics processes to enhance cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, aligning with T-Mobile's strategic objectives. This position involves tackling operational challenges through effective containment, root cause analysis, and implementing countermeasures. The analyst will also spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across departments to reduce the likelihood of recurring issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction by analyzing order lifecycles, managing exceptions, overseeing programs, and driving ongoing process improvements while collaborating with internal and external teams to identify enhancement opportunities through data analysis.
- Work closely with vendor management to provide constructive feedback and ensure accountability to service level agreements.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics policies, procedures, and operational standards, balancing cost, service, and risk management.
- Facilitate improved coordination and communication within the logistics department and across the organization.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field (Required).
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics, or vendor management, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities (Required).
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in SQL with a strong ability to extract and analyze large datasets to identify trends (Required).
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (Required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving issues (Required).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, with effective communication skills across various management levels (Required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and reverse logistics regulations and practices (Preferred).
- Experience in the wireless industry (Preferred).
Additional Information
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $58,800 - $106,100. Corporate Bonus Target: 10%. The actual pay will depend on various factors, including location, qualifications, and experience.
