Quantum Research is actively looking for a qualified Lead Strategic Analyst to provide support to the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8.


Position Overview:


This role involves delivering dedicated analytical expertise and programmatic assistance in force development processes, data integration, and modernization efforts essential for the Army's mission.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct thorough analyses to support high-level presentations and decision-making processes for senior leadership.
- Provide analytical insights for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, program evaluations, and senior leadership briefings.
- Ensure quality control for Leadership Reviews and provide detailed reports on Portfolio briefings, including recommendations for enhancements to presentation formats.

- Review and analyze Army Requirements Review Board (AR2B) matters and assist in preparing senior leaders for discussions.

- Offer analytical support and recommendations to the DOM Hardware Divisions during Strategic Planning Assessment Reviews (SPAR).


Qualifications:


- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Force Development roles is essential. Experience at senior levels within Army organizations, such as HQDA or MACOMs, is preferred. Equivalent experience in other government or Defense agencies is also acceptable.

- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members, government personnel, and senior Army officials.
- A solid work ethic and the capability to manage multiple priorities are crucial.
