Position Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing reverse logistics processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction in alignment with T-Mobile's objectives. This position involves tackling operational challenges through effective problem-solving methodologies, including containment and root cause analysis. The analyst will also spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across various departments to mitigate the risk of recurring issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction by analyzing order lifecycles, managing exceptions, and driving continuous process improvements while collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Work closely with vendor managers to provide constructive feedback and ensure accountability to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Design and implement efficient logistics policies and procedures, balancing cost, service, and risk management.
- Facilitate improved coordination and communication within the logistics department and across the organization.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field (Required).
- 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics, or vendor management, demonstrating leadership capabilities (Required).
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in SQL with experience in querying relational databases and analyzing large datasets to identify trends (Required).
- Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced skills (Required).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively (Required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while communicating effectively across various management levels (Required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and reverse logistics practices (Preferred).
- Experience in the wireless industry (Preferred).
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required for this position.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $58,800 - $106,100, with a corporate bonus target of 10%. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
