Job Summary:

Find Great People | FGP is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Greenville. This role serves as the first point of contact for personnel and visitors, working collaboratively with all office staff members.


This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits on-site in Greenville.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the staff by handling all incoming calls and greeting guests at the office.
  • Process mail and distribute it to staff members.
  • Process checks received by mail or in-person and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel.
  • Log all forms received by mail or in-person and input them into the system.
  • Maintain the calendar of events and meeting room reservations for the office.
  • Ensure an organized office environment.
  • Coordinate and prepare packets for board meetings, including logistics and catering.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.
  • Assist with mailing out letters and acknowledgments for the donor services department.
  • Assist in coordinating special events.
  • Update and maintain various databases and prepare mailings.


Requirements:

  • Previous office administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with office staff, visitors, donors, and board members in a professional manner.
  • Good listening skills and ability to be a skilled self-starter.
  • Ability to handle confidentiality.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000-60,000.
  • Paid vacation.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Fridays close early).
