Sales Account Executive

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate effectively as a team member to engage with client accounts and foster strong relationships. You will be tasked with expanding the sales and customer portfolio for all products and services within your designated territory.

Familiarity with lubricants is advantageous, and experience in industrial and energy sectors is a plus. Compensation includes a base salary along with additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regular client visits and manage accounts consistently.

· Cultivate and maintain client relationships within assigned territories to secure strategic advantages with decision-makers, preserve existing revenue, and pursue new business opportunities.

· Provide regular feedback reports to your supervisor regarding client interactions.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures in all operations.

· Acquire proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) with ease and clarity.

· Proactively reach out to potential new clients and expand business within local regions.

· Follow up on client quotations to ensure timely responses.

· Review monthly budgets and expenses with your supervisor to align with company objectives.

· Represent the organization at trade shows and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

· Preferred knowledge of lubricants; experience with fracturing and rig operations is beneficial.

· Outstanding customer service abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in basic email and computer functions.

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Understanding of standard business practices related to purchasing, pricing, terms, shipping, taxes, and payment for products and services.

· Capability to learn and retain product-specific information to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

· Self-driven and results-oriented, with a competitive nature and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, alongside a proven track record in sales.

Travel: This position requires travel within the sales area, with potential for additional travel as needed.
