RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct travel across designated regions to present and market company offerings to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic action plans and timelines to identify specific targets and forecast the number of contacts to be established.
  • Initiate the sales cycle by arranging meetings, delivering presentations, and comprehending customer account needs.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
  • Craft presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Maintain and enhance sales materials and stay updated on current product knowledge.
  • Drive sales growth within existing accounts by introducing innovative products and services.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with customers and company personnel to set up new accounts and assist in maintaining and updating customer account information.
  • Identify and address client concerns effectively.
  • Prepare various status reports, including activity updates, follow-ups, and adherence to sales goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback gathered through field activities to relevant company staff.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Manage follow-ups for payment collections.
  • Provide on-the-job training for new sales personnel.
  • Analyze market data to pinpoint potential areas for business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Must reside within 60 miles of the terminal.
  • Minimum of 2.5 years of general oilfield experience, including knowledge of drilling rigs, water transfer, oilfield logistics, pipeline and production, and oilfield construction.
  • At least 2.5 years of experience in customer relations and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable navigating rig and frac sites as well as lease roads.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to create presentations and assist in developing marketing materials that positively represent the company.
  • This role requires extensive travel and a significant amount of fieldwork.
  • Availability for on-call duties and weekend work is essential.
  • Experience in commissioned sales, field sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage various variables.
  • Self-motivated with a dynamic personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully pass background screening, including MVR and criminal background checks.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
