POSITION OVERVIEW: The Regional Sales Executive plays a crucial role in identifying potential clients, actively seeking out and securing new and lucrative business opportunities within a designated territory. This position focuses on promoting Texas Pride roll-off containers to both construction and permanent clientele. The Regional Sales Executive is expected to engage with both new and existing customers in their assigned region, delivering compelling sales presentations and maintaining ongoing communication with key decision-makers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies promising leads, manages prospective clients, and secures new, profitable business in construction, commercial, industrial, and recycling sectors to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
- Effectively nurtures and retains existing client relationships by fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Conducts contract renewals with current clients to extend relationships and optimize profitability where applicable.
- Addresses all cancellation requests in accordance with the established escalation procedures.
- Proactively engages with customers to support Company pricing strategies.
- Prepares and presents sales proposals to new and existing clients; follows up with key decision-makers to finalize sales.
- Consistently engages in scheduled phone outreach and cold calling to establish initial and follow-up meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintains awareness of market dynamics and competitive trends within the assigned territory to anticipate evolving customer needs.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Company's service offerings, business lines, and pricing models; introduces additional services to existing and prospective clients, including total waste management solutions, to drive targeted revenue growth and support Company objectives.
- Completes necessary Customer Service Agreements, reports, and documentation promptly and in line with Company policies.
- Regularly collaborates with the Sales Manager to review customer retention efforts, relationship-building activities, progress towards goals, and the status of key client relationships.
- Enhances Company visibility and builds relationships through participation in Company-sponsored events; attends trade shows, chamber of commerce functions, and other relevant gatherings as needed. Represents the Company at community events when required.
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned or necessary.
- Preferred experience in sales.
- Preferred background in the waste management or service industry.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Familiarity with the Midland/Odessa market is essential.
