Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with existing and prospective clients to comprehend their business requirements and propose solutions that enhance productivity and drive sales growth within the designated territory.
- Partner with Software Engineers and Developers to deliver technical presentations that showcase solutions to clients via XSPOC or other Theta Optimization Software Platforms.
- Engage in analytical problem-solving by conducting system evaluations, interpreting data, and providing documented recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.
- Actively promote and support ChampionX innovations and technologies among assigned clients to foster enduring business relationships.
- Assist in cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders in both current and prospective client organizations, including plant or facility executives.
- Provide technical assistance to clients by identifying and resolving issues, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain and update all sales activity records through Salesforce.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably with artificial lift software technologies.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients within the oil and gas industry.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A strategic mindset with the capability to devise sales strategies, alongside strong analytical and implementation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, including the capacity to present and persuade at leadership levels.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A competitive spirit and a robust work ethic, with the enthusiasm to represent the company effectively.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with enterprise software and IIOT within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Knowledge of Well Optimization.
- Understanding of Oil and Gas control and measurement systems.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drive/Variable Speed Drive integration and control.
