Position Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate as a vital team member to engage with customer accounts and foster strong relationships. You will be tasked with enhancing the sales and customer portfolio of all products and services available within your designated area.

Experience in lubricants is advantageous, and familiarity with industrial and energy sectors is a plus. Compensation includes a base salary along with additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain ongoing management of customer accounts.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships within assigned territories to secure strategic advantages with key decision-makers, preserve existing revenue, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide detailed feedback reports to your supervisor regarding customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all operations.
  • Become proficient in using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) with ease and accuracy.
  • Proactively reach out to potential new clients and expand business within local regions.
  • Follow up on customer quotes and proposals.
  • Review monthly budgets and expenditures with your supervisor to align with company objectives.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred knowledge of lubricants; experience with frac and rigs is beneficial.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic email and computer functions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of standard business practices related to purchasing, pricing, terms, shipping, taxes, and payments for products and services.
  • Capacity to learn and retain product-specific information to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, competitive, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Travel Requirements: Travel within the sales territory is mandatory; additional travel may be necessary.
