  • Performance Review: Analyze job performance metrics, execution quality, and historical production data. Provide insightful feedback to the organization regarding client requirements, market dynamics, competition, and technological progress.
  • Creative Solutions: Innovate and develop new techniques, concepts, and engineering practices to strengthen our market position. Contribute ideas for ongoing improvement and expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player capable of working independently towards shared objectives.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively while multitasking.
  • Preferred educational background in Engineering.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel regionally up to 25%.
