The Technical Service Specialist will undertake a variety of tasks including:

  • Delivering service and support to customers
  • Installation, initiation, training, and maintenance of OEM automation systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant technical experience
  • Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical schematics, with knowledge of PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
  • Capable of troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical components
  • Experienced in machine controls with a solid mechanical aptitude
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a valid passport
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

Work Environment

This role operates in both office and manufacturing settings. Standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, tools, and other machinery will be utilized.

Physical Demands

This position is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and bending. Candidates must be able to lift components weighing up to 50 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not include any supervisory duties.

Travel Requirements

Travel, including overnight and international trips, is a necessary component of this position.
