About the Role

Punch Bowl Social is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Manage and execute private party sales, including developing sales plans, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant event sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
