We are in search of an Insurance Account Coordinator to become part of BrokerLink at our Woodbridge, Ontario office on a permanent full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:
Engage with various insurance company systems (portals)
Review new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payment notices
Ensure timely filing of new business applications
Verify appropriate coverage and accurate billing
Order necessary reports (HITS, Auto+ / MVR)
Prepare insurance valuations and confirmations for finance and leasing companies
Contact companies for minor document modifications as required
May include backup responsibilities for other administrative tasks
Process renewals, new business, endorsements, and cancellations
Adhere to established processes, including required communications with clients

Ideal Candidate Profile:
High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary Education
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance sector preferred
RIBO License is an asset
Familiarity with Epic is advantageous
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
