Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:

Rise25 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our business development/client success team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client accounts, accelerating company growth, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with target and prospect accounts to identify business opportunities and build relationships.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Perform solution-based selling to new prospects, utilizing your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our pipeline and consistently achieve established quotas to ensure revenue and growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record of success in a performance and metrics-driven role.
  • Customer-facing experience and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and slack.
  • Passionate about helping B2B clients get referrals and customers using podcasts, with a bonus for experience in podcasting, radio, or related media activity.
  • Reliable Internet and a self-directed work style, with the ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively.
