We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead key functions and programs within our dynamic organization. As a member of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to drive effective performance management, lead classification, and partner with managers to ensure consistency and alignment with agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mass Perform performance management system for managers and bargaining unit employees
  • Partner with managers to ensure consistency and maximum benefit in the performance management process
  • Utilize classification, management, and labor relations expertise to lead position classification
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and agency colleagues to lead HR and People Operations initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5 years of human resources experience, including 3 years of direct experience with position classification
  • Experience in a unionized environment is preferred
  • SHRM certification is preferred
