Job Title: Director/Senior Director of Human Resources
Job Summary:
CJP is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives that support our business objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promote employee engagement and retention, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with CJP's business objectives
- Lead HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Partner with senior leaders to foster organizational consistency and drive business results
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and operations
- Proven track record of creating compensation structures, programs, and employee relations initiatives
- Experience managing HR professionals and leading HR teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
