Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our parking facilities while delivering exceptional service that surpasses our clients' expectations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing ticket issuance, processing payments, conducting vehicle counts, and maintaining cleanliness within the facility. Collaboration with team members, the Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor is essential to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.
  • Direct incoming vehicles to available parking spaces as a traffic controller.
  • Conduct regular vehicle counts to prevent overcapacity in the garage.
  • Assist guests in locating their parked vehicles when needed.
  • Support the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with respectful communication, relaying information to the Operations Manager as necessary.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or safety issues to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead promptly.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally with guests.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

  • Ability to walk for extended periods across the property.
  • Frequent operation of small office equipment such as cash registers and printers.
  • Capability to remain seated for extended periods when necessary.

Working Environment:

This position involves work in both indoor and outdoor settings. Employees may be exposed to various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures. While some protection from weather conditions may be provided, it may not cover all temperature changes.
