WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM.

COMPENSATION: Based on experience and qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and support youth within the evening reporting center. Conduct group discussions, organize and prepare meals within budgetary constraints, and maintain and enhance resource materials for group activities. Ensure accurate documentation of group sessions, provide daily transportation to and from the center, and develop personalized growth plans for each resident while also creating strategies for group productivity. Offer counseling to residents under the guidance of the Program Director. Must have a solid understanding of community resources and participate in community meetings as required.

REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral or social science discipline OR 48 credit hours of post-secondary education coupled with at least 1 year of experience working with children; or a suitable combination of education and experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Completion of orientation training according to agency standards and successful completion of all background checks are mandatory. Willingness to undergo record checks for any criminal convictions related to child endangerment, domestic violence, drug distribution, or sexual offenses is essential. A valid driver's license and the ability to achieve approved driver status are required.
