WORK SCHEDULE:

SALARY RANGE: Starting pay between $18 and $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver residential care to youth aged 10 to 17 facing various mental health, behavioral, substance abuse, and legal challenges. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, facilitate group sessions, supervise youth in community environments, and foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere through effective role modeling.

QUALIFICATIONS: For the Youth Residential Support Specialist role, a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science field is preferred; or relevant post-secondary education with at least one year of experience working with children; or a combination of education and experience. For the Behavioral Health Residential Associate position, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience working with youth.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and capable of completing orientation training as per agency program standards. Successful completion of all agency background checks is required, including checks for criminal convictions related to child safety, spousal abuse, and drug or sex offenses. A valid driver's license and the ability to achieve approved driver status are necessary.
