Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and nurture existing residential accounts by comprehending their changing needs and expectations.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through warm leads, outreach, and proactive cold calling.
- Market and sell landscaping and lawn care services to both current and potential clients.
- Develop and present customized proposals that align with client requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure precise measurement and analysis for accurate estimates.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site assessments to evaluate progress, respond to client feedback, and suggest improvements or additional services.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in landscape or lawn maintenance services.
- Preferred two years of experience in sales or project management within the landscape or lawn care sector.
- Familiarity with landscaping principles, materials, and techniques is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in utilizing technology effectively.
- A high level of integrity, perseverance, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
