Job Summary

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
