Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address internet inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Timely and precise entry of all customer inquiry data into the CRM system.
  • Schedule sales appointments effectively.
  • Conduct phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and overall experience quality.
  • Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
  • Compile necessary reports, forms, and documentation punctually.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and honesty in all customer interactions.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour with a monthly advance of $2,600 plus commission

(The Customer Engagement Specialist position includes a pay scale with a base hourly compensation ranging from $15.00 to $17.00. Commission compensation is based on the value or amount of closed sales, with no upper limit based on sales performance. Additionally, a production bonus may be available based on individual or team performance, also without a fixed upper limit.)

Additional Information


The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who reach out to the dealership via the internet to inquire about purchasing new and/or pre-owned vehicles.

This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously.

This highly accountable position employs lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and meticulously track customer interest.

The Customer Engagement Specialist will receive training to understand all products and services offered, becoming knowledgeable about inventory, financing, and incentive programs.
