Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Developmental Services team at Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our division, including planning, monitoring, and coordinating various program areas, maintaining records and files, and preparing data analysis and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a division, including planning, monitoring, and coordinating various program areas.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry of employee and expense information into electronic records management systems.
  • Work collaboratively across the division and external departments, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Prepare data analysis and reports, and maintain detailed records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and reserve meeting rooms as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree with coursework in business administration or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in program and administrative support, customer service, office assistance, bookkeeping, business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
