We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our team in Richmond, VA or Mclean, VA. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing daily calendars for multiple executives, arranging conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Arrange and reserve conference rooms and other essential services as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Prepare professional business communication documents, including memos, letters, and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and administrative staff.
  • Participate in general administrative duties and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Quick thinking and adaptability to handle changing demands and priorities.
  • Resourcefulness and autonomy in taking on new tasks and projects.
