About the Role

As a key member of our team at Madwell, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our advertising campaigns. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Ensure the account is organized and efficient, with a clear understanding of the competitive environment and the client's business and category.
  • Creative Execution: Partner with internal teams to bring ideas to life, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and budgets, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative tasks, such as client meeting coordination, note-taking, and budget tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management in a creative agency setting.
  • Skills: Extreme attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
