About the Role:

The Parts Warehouse Person plays a vital part in our operations by preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders in accordance with set schedules. This role is responsible for processing supply orders, pulling materials, and organizing orders in the delivery area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supply orders and prepare invoices for parts orders
  • Pull materials and parts and place orders in delivery area
  • Interact with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders
  • Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods, and restock items as necessary
  • Process and document returns as required following established procedures
  • Monitor and maintain current inventory level
  • Process purchasing orders as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations organized and neat

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized with good time management skills
  • Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
