Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Carolina Rehabilitation Specialists. As a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to children in a variety of settings, including sensory clinics, daycares, and schools.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including OTs, SLPs, PTs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health Clinicians, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and needs, and develop strategies to promote their development and independence.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Licensed as an occupational therapist in North Carolina.
  • Experience with feeding and sensory integration interventions preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred, but strong pediatric OT candidates with less experience will be considered.
  • Accuracy and efficiency with documentation.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
