Territory Manager

Cordis is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to play a vital role in the success of our Sales team. This position offers the opportunity to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the company's overall success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires a high level of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive analysis. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
The Territory Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business and increase penetration in existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Neuro Interventionalists, and Vascular Surgeons
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Partner with Cordis leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide customer feedback, competitive intel, and industry learnings to inform sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of sales experience, preferred
- 2 years of selling medical supplies and devices with a medium-length sell cycle
- Familiarity with PC applications, MS Office, and virtual meeting software
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
